Description of the Yoga classes.
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes include Active Birth preparation to help you understand more about your body and gravity and relaxation and how to combine them together during labour to make your birth easier. You will learn how to be more assertive through your pregnancy and birth and are more like to feel a sense of empowerment and satisfaction afterwards. There’s always time to make new friends in these small groups with refreshments after every face to face class.
Our postnatal yoga classes help your recovery with specific focus on pelvic floor exercises and abdominals to strengthen your essential core muscles in the early days, developing a more advanced yoga practice over time, with plenty of time to chat to other mums, sharing the wonders and challenges of being a mum.
